We will quickly prepare a free, no-obligation quote for you. We offer injection moulds from China that meet German quality standards, while also reducing costs and time by up to 50%.

The start of our shared future

Before the contract is awarded, we will be happy to visit you at your premises for a final discussion regarding your project.

Step 4

First steps towards a strong project

Presentation of our Design for Manufacturing report and discussion of the basic structure of your injection mould.

Step 5

The centrepiece

You will receive a complete, detailed tool design, which we will evaluate together. Once the design has met your expectations, you give us the go-ahead.

Step 6

Production begins

Your injection mould/tool will be manufactured using modern machines and to the highest quality requirements. You will receive a weekly progress report with all the important details, including pictures.

Step 7

The fruits of our labour

First mould trial including sampling report, video documentation and measurement report. Delivery of initial sample parts free of charge.

Step 8

Your feedback is our motivation

We will implement your comprehensive feedback quickly and reliably. Mould corrections will be evaluated and then immediately implemented. Any changes needed will be implemented quickly and cost-effectively.

Step 9

Samples in the expected quality – We deliver

After you have approved the parts, the injection mould will be prepared for shipment immediately and will reach your company shortly. Delivery is ex works.
